Service Description
During your one-hour session, we’ll capture genuine moments... laughter, connection, and the in-between details that make your story unique. You’ll receive a minimum of 25 beautifully edited images in a private online gallery, ready to share and cherish. Perfect for couples, friends, and small families. Session includes up to 4 people. An additional location can be added for $50, which includes 15 extra minutes once we arrive. For larger groups, please contact me for a custom quote.
Cancellation Policy
My goal is to make booking simple, transparent, and flexible while protecting your time and mine. Please review the following booking policies before scheduling your session. BOOKING AND PAYMENTS -100% of the session fee is due at the time of booking. - 25% of that payment is treated as a non-refundable deposit under all circumstances CANCELATIONS & REFUNDS I understand that things come up, and I try my best to be flexible. - If you cancel your session for any reason, at any time: 25% of your payment is non-refundable (the deposit) Canceling within 48 Hours Before Your Session - I retain 75% of the total session fee - You receive a 25% refund NO SHOWS - If you do not show up to your session without communication: - I retain 80% of the total session fee - You receive a 20% refund PHOTOGRAPHER CANCELATIONS - If I must cancel for any reason, you will receive a 100% refund, including the deposit. RESCHEDULING - You may reschedule once for free if you provide 48 hours’ notice. - Additional reschedules are subject to a $50 rescheduling fee. - I reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to illness, emergencies, or unsafe weather conditions—but I’m always open to discussion if you have concerns. WEATHER POLICY Safety and image quality matter. - I will determine whether weather conditions are safe and workable for the session. If poor weather may impact your photos, we will reschedule at no cost. - I’m always open to discussing weather concerns or exploring alternative indoor options. LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time to respect other bookings. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. IMAGE DELIVERY & TURNAROUND TIME - Proof gallery delivered within 72 hours of your session - Final edited images delivered within 4–6 weeks - Rush turnaround is available upon request (additional fee applies) PHOTO USAGE & PRIVACY I love celebrating my clients and showcasing my work. Your images may be shared on my website, portfolio, or social media unless you choose to opt out. If you prefer full privacy, just let me know... no explanation needed. RAW FILES - RAW/unedited files are not delivered as part of any session. Only fully edited images are provided.
